These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website operated by Shree Kishori Keshav Foundation. By using the website or making a donation, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or misuse its donation features.
2. Donations
- Donations are voluntary contributions to support the foundation's charitable programs and are not payments for goods or services.
- Donations support the foundation's programs. Funds are allocated according to the selected purpose and applicable operational requirements.
- A donation is considered received only after the payment is verified with our payment gateway.
- You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose and that the funds are from legitimate sources.
3. Payment processing
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your use of Razorpay's checkout is also subject to Razorpay's terms. The foundation does not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
4. Tax benefits
Unless verified approval details are published on our Transparency page, no tax-deduction benefit is claimed for donations. A payment confirmation is not a tax-deduction certificate.
5. Content
Content, artwork and logos on this website belong to the foundation or are used with permission. Artwork on this website is illustrative; photographs of our work are published only when verified.
6. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the foundation is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website or from temporary unavailability.
7. Governing law
