Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Shree Kishori Keshav Foundation handles cancellations and refunds of online donations.

1. General principle

Donations are voluntary and are generally non-refundable once received and applied to the foundation's programs. However, we understand that mistakes happen.

2. Eligible refund requests

We will review refund requests in cases such as:

a duplicate payment made by mistake;
an incorrect amount entered by mistake (for example, an extra zero);
an unauthorised transaction reported by the account holder.

3. How to request a refund

Contact us at shreekishorikeshav@gmail.com within the period specified by the foundation of the donation, quoting your donation reference, the amount, date and the reason for the request.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. The time taken for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Failed or incomplete payments

If money was deducted but your payment was not completed, the amount is normally reversed automatically by your bank or by Razorpay. If it is not, please contact us with your donation reference.
